Custom-made OIL FILL TUBE, BREATHER and SILICONE SEAL KIT

Our custom-made oil fill tube is made for the driver’s side valve cover and comes as a kit with a chrome-plated top breather and a new black silicone seal. The stock GM design for the oil fill tube is not the best design, since the locking tabs from the tube to the valve cover do not provide a snug fit. Our custom-designed tube will eliminate the leaking problems the stock tube has because ours has longer locking tabs.

This breather will also enable your engine to breathe better, unlike the factory sealed plastic cap design… our new tube is straight and slightly shorter than the original unit. Our tube is shown on the left (1), the original unit on the right (2).

Each time you need to add oil, simply pop off the breather. Our short design oil fill tube stays in place on your valve cover. The tube is made from strong aluminum and can be polished for a nice finishing touch. This tube was designed for the stock 1986-1987 valve covers ONLY. It will not interfere with any options on your car.
