Custom-Fabricated Chrome-Plated TURBO SHIELD by DC Tech

This custom-fabricated, chrome-plated aluminum turbo shield built by DCfiTech. This turbo shield is designed to fit almost every turbo in the market today. This includes the stock turbos, 30, 40, 50, and 60 series (3-bolt design turbos). Its unique design with the slotted holes, makes this possible.

This custom-fabricated turbo shield is made from #5052 aluminum alloy, then it is chrome-plated for a bright finish. The shield measures .125″ thick and weighs about 43% less than a stock turbo shield.

It mounts to the stock bracket using 304 stainless steel, button head bolts and 304 stainless washers, which are included. By using this mounting method, there is no danger of scratching the turbo shield with the mounting bolts.

This turbo shield works with stock down pipes, Kirban Performance two-piece 3″ down pipes, the popularfiTerry Houston 3″ down pipe, and ATR’s down pipe. This clever design allows you to use this custom-made turbo shield with virtually any upgrades you decide to do with your car.

This new shield will only work with the stock-design adjustable wastegate actuator. It will NOT work with any of the external design wastegate actuators!
