KIRBAN PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS -
“GTO MEMORIES” DVD
Released in June 2004… Dennis Kirban fondly revisits more than a page from automobile history as he narrates “GTO MEMORIES.”
Filmed back in 1985, this DVD displays some of the original parts collection he sold back then, footage from the GTOAA National event held in Michigan that year, and information with such dignitaries as Paul Zazarine, Al Drake, Jim Wangers, Chuck Roberts, and John Sawruk. Among the rare Pontiac GTOs shown that year was the 1972 GTO with the rare prototype spoiler and John Sawruk’s 1972 GT-37 LeMans.
You will also see the world famous one-of-a-kind 1965 HURST CONTEST GTO as it appeared that same summer at the 1985 St. Ignace car show in Michigan. This particular car was gold in color with a black vinyl top, and featured a gold anodized shifter, gold anodized Hurst wheels and had most of the factory options Pontiac offered in 1965; tri-power 4-speed and the factory am/fm radio.
This 45-minute trip down memory lane shows some GTOs before they escalated in value, sure to interest any GTO enthusiast. And, as a special bonus, a FREE “GR-RRRR!” 6″ x 2″ decal ($4 value) is enclosed in the case, while supplies last.
