“BLACK SATIN� AUTOMOTIVE TRIM COATING” SPRAY PAINT

In my “Tips and Trivia Book #2″ I discuss the various types of black spray paint that I use when I detail the Turbo Regals we sell.

Most of your automotive stores sell gloss black, semi-gloss black and flat black in the handy 12-ounce spray cans. The satin black paint can be difficult to find as it is mostly sold in auto body paint supply houses.

Satin black is just a tad bit less shiny than the semi gloss black paint. If I need to restore the black headlight bezels or touch up any of the black trim on the Turbo Regals, I prefer satin black.

Since it is difficult to find in regular auto stores, we now stock a good satin black paint, mar-hyde� Black Satin� Automotive Trim Coating.

It is also great for restoring any parts under the car. It puts a nice shade of black on the parts, without drawing attention to them.
