CUSTOM-MADE & EMBROIDERED 8-PIECE - OR - 11-PIECE / GREY - OR - BLACK / TRUNK KITS

One of the very desirable options that GM offered in the Buick Regal was a fully carpeted trunk kit that also covered the spare tire and the side panels in your Regal. Besides the nice appearance, it helps to protect the inner fender walls from being dented from any items you would carry in the trunk. It also reduces noise. The GM kit is no longer available.

Our supplier has been associated with Turbo Buicks since they were new. All of his kits are fully GM licensed. He has designed 16 kits with options to custom embroidery T-Type, Grand National, GNX or Buick Motorsports logos, with a choice of grey or black carpet, in either the 8-piece or 11-piece kit.

There are many options, so see photos for format, colors and logo positions. In each kit, the logo embroidery is positioned attractively in similar logo colors. Since there are many options, be sure to order carefully.

The floor section has a 3/8″ foam backing to help reduce noise. The driver’s side has two 5″ foam blocks between the panel and the rear quarter panel to cushion anything that could possibly slide in the trunk and damage the quarter panel. The end result is a finished trunk area that is similar to the original GM 9-piece trunk kit.

Kits come with an option for black or grey carpet. The grey is the stock grey carpet matching the Turbo Buicks’ original carpet grey (photos on the website may not show the accurate grey color).

The spare tire cover on ALL the kits is embroidered with either the T-Type, Grand National, GNX, or Buick Motorsports logos, depending on your choice.

Here are the details for the various options:

T-TYPE - The “T” is red outlined in black on the grey carpet, outlined in silver on the black carpet; “TYPE” is black on the grey carpet, silver on the black carpet (embroidery measures approximately 10″ x 1-3/4″).

GRAND NATIONAL - The “Turbo-Six Logo” is red and yellow outlined in silver on the black carpet, outlined in black on the grey carpet. “GRAND NATIONAL” is silver on the black carpet, black on the grey carpet (embroidery measures approximately 11″ x 4″) .

GNX - The “GN” is red and the “X” is white, outlined in silver on the black carpet, outlined in black on the grey carpet (embroidery measures approximately 6″ x 3-1/2″).

BUICK MOTORSPORTS - The “Turbo-Six logo” is red and yellow outlined in silver on the black carpet, outlined in black on the grey carpet. “BUICK MOTORSPORTS” is silver on the black carpet, black on the grey carpet (embroidery measures approximately 12″ x 4″).

The 8-piece version is similar to the factory 9-piece kit that GM offered.

The 11-piece kit includes 3 pieces for the actual underside of the trunk lid. The main one of these 3 pieces (for the T-Type, Grand National, or Buick Motorsports trunk kits) is beautifully embroidered with the “Turbo-Six” (Power-Six) logo in red and yellow outlined in silver on the black carpet, outlined in black on the grey carpet (embroidery measures approximately 7″ x 8″). Under it says, “TURBOCHARGED” is silver on the black carpet, outlined black on the grey carpet (embroidery measures approximately 14-1/2″ x 2-1/2″, overall height of both is approximately 12″).

The main trunk lid piece for the GNX trunk kit has the GNX logo (embroidery measures approximately 12″ x 5″).

In each case, the embroidery is centered on the inside trunk lid panel piece. A silver outline appears around the embroidery on all the black trunk kits. A black outline appears around the embroidery on all the grey trunk kits.

NOTE - If you are ordering any of the GNX kits, we can have your actual GNX car number custom embroidered (embroidery measures approximately 3″ high) under the GNX logo on the trunk lid piece only at no extra charge; black thread on the grey carpet, silver on the black carpet.

NOTE - Each kit includes a 45-minute instructional trunk kit installation DVD at no charge.

These kits offer excellent quality and handsome embroidery for a perfect trunk finishing touch.

NOTE - Because these are custom made, call for the delivery schedule for the kit you want. Delivery is usually within 2 weeks or sooner. Once your order has been shipped, the Fed-Ex tracking number will be sent to your email address.
