1986-1987 Buick Turbo Regal and 1989 Turbo Trans Am - POWERLOGGER SCAN TOOL This is a plug and play setup to help tune and troubleshoot. It records at 25 frames per second. It has been available for several years and has a proven track record. The most advanced data-logging scan tool available today for the 1986-1987 Turbo Buicks and 1989 Turbo Trans Ams. It connects to a USB port on a laptop (needs Win98SE, 2000, XP, Vista). Simply plugs into the ECM and a slight modification of the ECM case is necessary. It's very easy to do. Comes with a chip to update a Scanmaster 2.1 to the 2.2 version, so the Scanmaster can be connected to the Powerlogger for faster updating, wideband and boost display. Powerlogger comes with complete directions explaining all of the various features. It can review, monitor and record.
