This is a stand alone unit that has the same fit and function as the OEM unit utilizing modern day LED's, power supplies, and new components. While the LED sequence is a little different, due to the original ones being GM proprietary, this one is very close. Make sure to look at the pictures and videos to see. A modern day power supply is used to ensure accurate 5V outage to feed the MAP sensor. This unit will bolt and plug directly in just as the factory unit did.
