1986-1995 Mustang 5.0 and 1996-1998 Mustang GT 4.6 (16-valve only) - EFI MECHANICAL FUEL GAUGE NOTE - Fits 1986-1995 Mustang 5.0 and 1996-1998 Mustang GT 4.6 16-valve only. It will also fit 5.7 liter full-size trucks and passenger cars and 1984-1988 turbo 4-cylinder engines. Most serious Mustang owners recognize the importance of checking fuel pressure to diagnose proper fuel pump and regulator operation, as well as to test for leaking injector nozzles and regulator diaphragms. This gauge comes complete with a unique adapter fitting which attaches directly to the fuel pressure service port (Schrader valve) WITHOUT requiring the removal of the port's internal release valve. Nothing could be easier. It has an easy-to-read 0-100 psi 1.5" dial gauge to measure the fuel pressure. Due to this gauge's unique spiral tube design, there are no gears or bearings to wear out and the pointer needle is unaffected by fuel system pulsations and engine vibrations. Light weight, durable steel gauge case with a clear acrylic lens. The entire unit is made in the USA. With many customer running various superchargers, it becomes more critical that they check their fuel pressure!
