Turbo to Exhaust Manifold GASKET

Because of many requests, we now offer this non-metallic exhaust gasket.

Originally GM never used a gasket between the exhaust housing on the turbo to the exhaust manifold. However, over a period of time, the surfaces can become warped, making it necessary to use a gasket to seal off any leak in the exhaust system.

This 3 bolt gasket goes between the turbo and the header. It was specifically designed to provide a leak-proof seal. Most other gaskets, even the copper ones leak at this junction.

It is made from Milam Laminate PSS130 material. Although it is expensive, it's extremely good at sealing pressurized turbo exhaust systems. It is rated for a continuous service temperature of 1832 Deg F. and 130 PSI. Compressibility is 15% and a recovery of 55%. It also features a .004 Stainless Tang insert core.

NOTE - There are cheaper gaskets on the market, which are made using cheaper material.

These come from Racing Jason, and he has never had one fail yet.

An excellent replacement for the turbo to exhaust manifold gasket.
