NEW - TRANSLATOR BRACKET -
One of our customers has made a custom bracket to secure the translator under the hood. No holes get drilled to mount this custom bracket under your hood or to the translator itself. It is made from acrylic and is black. This custom-made bracket gives a more professional look and eliminates wire tying the translator under the hood. Once installed, the bracket is barely visible. Our part number is #7785 and the price is $29.95. To order one now you must call our office. We would not charge your credit card until we can ship it to you. Delivery is expected within seven-to-ten days.

RARE PURCHASE - COMPLETE ORIGINAL PALLEX SEAT COVERS -
We recently purchased a complete set of original GNX and Grand National pallex seat covers. This is the complete set for both front bucket seats and the rear seat with the proper padding and pleating already sewn in.
I also got with it the material for both upper door panels. These door panel covers have the proper pleating stitched into the pallex material. The only item I do not have is the actual headrest covers. In all the years I have been involved with the Turbo Regal business, I have never had a complete set. I recall having a set for only the front bucket seats. Nor have I ever seen a full set of original seat covers for sale until I made this purchase.
PHOTO 2 - We show four different photos of this ultra rare find. It has been properly stored all these years in a non-smoke environment. It has not been exposed to the sun. In the one photo you can see the partial date code and the company name “C & A.” In another photo we show the back side of the base rear seat. This shows the stitching and pleated padding. There is no reproduction seat covers that equals the original pallex material. See the Rare Parts section as this full set of original pallex seat covers is for sale. The ultimate find!
AM/FM CD PLAYERS -
We finally got in the two different versions of the early GM AM/FM CD players. These early AM/FM CD players came with a satin black face for various Buick models. Pontiac AM/FM CD players had a grey face. The satin black face AM/FM CD players are the most desirable for our cars. It is only the early AM/FM CD players that have the proper slots for your factory side brackets to attach to it. You also need the special harness and antenna lead to plug the original harness into it. No wires get cut.
The top-of-the-line AM/FM CD player has the EQ feature plus a tuner and volume knob in a similar location like your original radio. The other AM/FM CD player does not have the EQ option. It also has a tuner and volume knob in a similar location, like the original radio.
PHOTO 3 - The photo to the left shows the top-of-the-line early AM/FM CD player with the EQ feature. The photo to the right shows the AM/FM CD player version that does not have the EQ option. Both AM/FM CD players come with the proper harness (not pictured) to plug into the factory harness. Either AM/FM CD player bolts into the stock location using the factory side brackets. See Rare Parts section for prices. The EQ model has already been sold. I only have the one shown in the photo to the right for sale. They have a six-month warranty and are extremely difficult to find today.
NEW PART FROM US -
We now carry the new reproduction front bumper marker light trim bezels. The powder-coated black trim is for the WE4, Grand National, and GNX cars to match the black bumpers. The chrome-plated aluminum ones are for the T-Types and Turbo-Ts if you have a chrome bumper. In many cases, the original marker light trim may be pitted badly or the chrome is probably dull due to age.

RIP ROBERT JAMES WALLER -
While the name Robert James Waller may be one you do not know, the book he wrote in 1992 is one most of you will remember. The book was also made into a movie starring Meryl Streep and Clint Eastwood. The book was called “The Bridges of Madison County.”
He wrote this best seller in just eleven days. When the book reached number one status on the New York Times best-seller list, it stayed on the best sellers list for three years! Clint Eastwood also directed the movie in 1995 and it grossed a cool $182 million dollars worldwide. I have long been a fan of Clint Eastwood since the days he was on the TV show Rawhide. He has an impressive record, both in front of the camera and behind it.
TURBOCHARGING IS BECOMING MORE POPULAR FOR CAR MAKERS -
Turbocharging is becoming more popular for car makers as they are faced with making cars more fuel efficient. Ford leads the way with almost 47% of their production vehicles being turbocharged last year. Because turbocharging engines develop more torque than larger engines, it is especially useful in sport cars and pickup trucks. It seems Buick with the Turbo Regals was ahead of the curve in the mid-1980s.
CALIFORNIA TAKES A MAJOR LEAP FOR NO-DRIVER CARS -
The state of California plans to allow testing of self-driving vehicles without human back up drivers by the end of the year on public roads.
I wonder how fault will be determined the first time an accident occurs between two driverless cars? At least it eliminates any verbal arguments and road rage.
THEY OUGHT TO MAKE BASIC CONTROLS WE USE EVERY DAY ALL THE SAME -
They ought to make the some of the basic controls we use every day all the same. I am referring to TV remotes, cable remotes, and clocks in cars. It would be wonderful if these three basic items all had a similar format to make it easy to operate.
The clock on my wife’s car is only correct half of the year, because not only can’t we change it in the spring and fall, but neither can the dealer.

Our Spring Open House will be held rain or shine on Saturday, April 22nd, 2017. It is the same weekend as Spring Carlisle. Spring Carlisle starts Wednesday the 19th. You could hit two car events, since Carlisle is only about two hours west from our location. I go to Spring Carlisle midweek every year.
Our Open House will have the usual features -Yum Yums donuts, M&Ms contest, sale prices on new parts, tagged and bagged goodies, and no reserve auction. We already are putting aside unique items for the no reserve auction, including several GNX items and original pallex seat material. Several featured items will be discounted to save shipping. As the date draws closer, we will list which large items we will have a special show price. The usual array of tagged and bagged used parts and literature will be for sale as well.
We are currently requesting raffle items from many of the various Turbo Regal vendors that we sell to. We want to make this event special since it is our 30th year. We have a food vendor coming. You will be able to purchase hot dogs, Kielbasas, hamburgers, chips, and various drinks.
GBodyparts.com has really stepped up and donated over $2,000 in parts, which includes a set of his reproduction Grand National wheels. It will take half my Inner Circle to list each item Brian of Gbodyparts.com has donated. We are extremely grateful for his generosity.

This year’s Chrysler event has a special all new Hurst Nationals July 14th and 15th in conjunction with the Chrysler Nationals. I have been asked to conduct a seminar on Hurst both days, July 14th and 15th. The location of my seminars as well as the other seminars is held just off the grounds from Gate 3 at the Expo Center. They have not yet told me my speaking times.
My granddaughter, Devyn hopes to go with me to help. With Chrysler introducing the Demon this April, my guess is they will have several Demons on display at Carlisle. Hope to see some of my customers at this event. I am as well versed with early Hurst history as I am with Turbo Regals.
As with all my seminars, I will be doing a M&Ms contest in honor of my parents. The Don Garlits autographed connecting rod will make a nice prize!

TRANSLATOR CUSTOM-MADE BLACK MOUNTING BRACKET
When converting your car to a modern Mass Air Flow sensor, such as an LT1 or LS1 style sensor, a translator is needed. This is a custom-made mounting bracket to hold the Mass Air Flow Sensor Translator.
This bracket provides a simple, yet effective way of mounting the Translator in a convenient location.
This clever bracket was designed and producted by one of our customers. He saw a need to eliminate have the translator wire tied under the hood.
The bracket is made in acrylic and painted black. It mounts using existing holes. NO modifications are made to the car or to the translator. It also leaves enough space below the bracket to access the headlight wiring or if you have the charcoal canister and stock intake or even a 4" Cold Air Intake pipe.
Once installed, the custom-made bracket is barely visible.
The bracket comes with easy-to-follow directions.

By now these cars can benefit with a fresh pair of rebuilt front brake calipers. These are 100% pressure tested, and fully assembled for smooth quiet performance.
The calipers come with all new hardware. You will need to re-use the original mounting bracket.

NEW - TRANSLATOR BRACKET -
One of our customers has made a custom bracket to secure the translator under the hood. No holes get drilled to mount this custom bracket under your hood or to the translator itself. It is made from acrylic and is black. This custom-made bracket gives a more professional look and eliminates wire tying the translator under the hood. Once installed, the bracket is barely visible. Our part number is #7785 and the price is $29.95. To order one now you must call our office. We would not charge your credit card until we can ship it to you. Delivery is expected within seven-to-ten days.

RARE PURCHASE - COMPLETE ORIGINAL PALLEX SEAT COVERS -
We recently purchased a complete set of original GNX and Grand National pallex seat covers. This is the complete set for both front bucket seats and the rear seat with the proper padding and pleating already sewn in.
I also got with it the material for both upper door panels. These door panel covers have the proper pleating stitched into the pallex material. The only item I do not have is the actual headrest covers. In all the years I have been involved with the Turbo Regal business, I have never had a complete set. I recall having a set for only the front bucket seats. Nor have I ever seen a full set of original seat covers for sale until I made this purchase.
PHOTO 2 - We show four different photos of this ultra rare find. It has been properly stored all these years in a non-smoke environment. It has not been exposed to the sun. In the one photo you can see the partial date code and the company name “C & A.” In another photo we show the back side of the base rear seat. This shows the stitching and pleated padding. There is no reproduction seat covers that equals the original pallex material. See the Rare Parts section as this full set of original pallex seat covers is for sale. The ultimate find!
AM/FM CD PLAYERS -
We finally got in the two different versions of the early GM AM/FM CD players. These early AM/FM CD players came with a satin black face for various Buick models. Pontiac AM/FM CD players had a grey face. The satin black face AM/FM CD players are the most desirable for our cars. It is only the early AM/FM CD players that have the proper slots for your factory side brackets to attach to it. You also need the special harness and antenna lead to plug the original harness into it. No wires get cut.
The top-of-the-line AM/FM CD player has the EQ feature plus a tuner and volume knob in a similar location like your original radio. The other AM/FM CD player does not have the EQ option. It also has a tuner and volume knob in a similar location, like the original radio.
PHOTO 3 - The photo to the left shows the top-of-the-line early AM/FM CD player with the EQ feature. The photo to the right shows the AM/FM CD player version that does not have the EQ option. Both AM/FM CD players come with the proper harness (not pictured) to plug into the factory harness. Either AM/FM CD player bolts into the stock location using the factory side brackets. See Rare Parts section for prices. The EQ model has already been sold. I only have the one shown in the photo to the right for sale. They have a six-month warranty and are extremely difficult to find today.
NEW PART FROM US -
We now carry the new reproduction front bumper marker light trim bezels. The powder-coated black trim is for the WE4, Grand National, and GNX cars to match the black bumpers. The chrome-plated aluminum ones are for the T-Types and Turbo-Ts if you have a chrome bumper. In many cases, the original marker light trim may be pitted badly or the chrome is probably dull due to age.

RIP ROBERT JAMES WALLER -
While the name Robert James Waller may be one you do not know, the book he wrote in 1992 is one most of you will remember. The book was also made into a movie starring Meryl Streep and Clint Eastwood. The book was called “The Bridges of Madison County.”
He wrote this best seller in just eleven days. When the book reached number one status on the New York Times best-seller list, it stayed on the best sellers list for three years! Clint Eastwood also directed the movie in 1995 and it grossed a cool $182 million dollars worldwide. I have long been a fan of Clint Eastwood since the days he was on the TV show Rawhide. He has an impressive record, both in front of the camera and behind it.
TURBOCHARGING IS BECOMING MORE POPULAR FOR CAR MAKERS -
Turbocharging is becoming more popular for car makers as they are faced with making cars more fuel efficient. Ford leads the way with almost 47% of their production vehicles being turbocharged last year. Because turbocharging engines develop more torque than larger engines, it is especially useful in sport cars and pickup trucks. It seems Buick with the Turbo Regals was ahead of the curve in the mid-1980s.
CALIFORNIA TAKES A MAJOR LEAP FOR NO-DRIVER CARS -
The state of California plans to allow testing of self-driving vehicles without human back up drivers by the end of the year on public roads.
I wonder how fault will be determined the first time an accident occurs between two driverless cars? At least it eliminates any verbal arguments and road rage.
THEY OUGHT TO MAKE BASIC CONTROLS WE USE EVERY DAY ALL THE SAME -
They ought to make the some of the basic controls we use every day all the same. I am referring to TV remotes, cable remotes, and clocks in cars. It would be wonderful if these three basic items all had a similar format to make it easy to operate.
The clock on my wife’s car is only correct half of the year, because not only can’t we change it in the spring and fall, but neither can the dealer.

Our Spring Open House will be held rain or shine on Saturday, April 22nd, 2017. It is the same weekend as Spring Carlisle. Spring Carlisle starts Wednesday the 19th. You could hit two car events, since Carlisle is only about two hours west from our location. I go to Spring Carlisle midweek every year.

We already are putting aside unique items for the no reserve auction, including several GNX items and original pallex seat material. Several featured items will be discounted to save shipping. As the date draws closer, we will list which large items we will have a special show price. The usual array of tagged and bagged used parts and literature will be for sale as well.
We are currently requesting raffle items from many of the various Turbo Regal vendors that we sell to. We want to make this event special since it is our 30th year. We have a food vendor coming. You will be able to purchase hot dogs, Kielbasas, hamburgers, chips, and various drinks.

This year’s Chrysler event has a special all new Hurst Nationals July 14th and 15th in conjunction with the Chrysler Nationals. I have been asked to conduct a seminar on Hurst both days, July 14th and 15th. The location of my seminars as well as the other seminars is held just off the grounds from Gate 3 at the Expo Center. They have not yet told me my speaking times.
My granddaughter, Devyn hopes to go with me to help. With Chrysler introducing the Demon this April, my guess is they will have several Demons on display at Carlisle. Hope to see some of my customers at this event. I am as well versed with early Hurst history as I am with Turbo Regals.
As with all my seminars, I will be doing a M&Ms contest in honor of my parents. The Don Garlits autographed connecting rod will make a nice prize!

TRANSLATOR CUSTOM-MADE BLACK MOUNTING BRACKET
When converting your car to a modern Mass Air Flow sensor, such as an LT1 or LS1 style sensor, a translator is needed. This is a custom-made mounting bracket to hold the Mass Air Flow Sensor Translator.
This bracket provides a simple, yet effective way of mounting the Translator in a convenient location.
This clever bracket was designed and producted by one of our customers. He saw a need to eliminate have the translator wire tied under the hood.
The bracket is made in acrylic and painted black. It mounts using existing holes. NO modifications are made to the car or to the translator. It also leaves enough space below the bracket to access the headlight wiring or if you have the charcoal canister and stock intake or even a 4" Cold Air Intake pipe.
Once installed, the custom-made bracket is barely visible.
The bracket comes with easy-to-follow directions.

Reproduction ALKY CONTROL UNIT APPLIQUE INSERTS
Because we get requests and since we offer the Alky Kit, Part #7341, we now offer 3 dash appliques so you can install the switch in the dash and have it look factory.
These appliques are formatted for the Alky Kit we sell. Since the Alky Kit is for the 1986-1987 Turbo Regal, we note those years in our description. However, it will also fit the 1984 and 1985 Regal dash.
This high-quality applique comes with a self-adhesive backing for easy installation.

POWDER-COATED BLACK REBUILT FRONT BRAKE CALIPERS
By now these cars can benefit with a fresh pair of rebuilt front brake calipers. These are 100% pressure tested, and fully assembled for smooth quiet performance.
The calipers come with all new hardware. You will need to re-use the original mounting bracket.
These are powder-coated black for a nice appearance behind the alloy wheels.
It makes no sense to buy new, bare metal calipers that are subject to rust.

This Seat Armour™ seat cover is a simple slip-on cover that slides over the head rest, which secures the top of the cover in place. It just covers the seat portion, not the headrest.

NOTE ABOUT PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE -
We have heard from a couple people that have viewed the photos on the website. Because these have to be low-resolution photos to work on the Inner Circle segments on the website, any photos of text don't appear clear when enlarged. This is a problem when you are trying to see numbers, such as those on the VIN labels or pages from Options booklet. Also, because of photo reproduction and computer screen variations, the colors may not be true to the actual product or photo.
