CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY -
We have designed a Certificate of Authenticity, which is part of the package we are sending Turbo Regal owners that we have verified that own one of our cars.
PHOTO 1 - Here is a photo of the Certificate of Authenticity we are sending to those car owners that we match up on our list of VIN numbers. It is notarized. In most cases, owners are also getting a copy of the title. In some cases, I even have titles from previous states for their car. In rare cases, I have photos of when we had the car. This information would pin down the month and year we sold the car and also the actual mileage.
FILLING IN THE GAPS -
It is interesting to be able to fill in some of the gaps in the history for some Turbo Regal owners who have contacted me with their VIN numbers.
One of the most interesting cases was the very first person to respond. He resides in New York and had bought a 12,000-mile Grand National from someone in Arizona. He played a hunch that it was one of my cars. The hunch proved to be correct. I sold it in August of 2000 when it had just 2,967 actual miles on it to a couple in Maryland! In 17 years it has only been driven 10,000 miles and ended up almost 3,000 miles away. Now it is back on the east coast. Not only did I have a copy of the title but I even had a nice typed letter from the couple I sold it to, praising how nice the car was and what a pleasure it was dealing with my company. I mailed these documents, along with the notarized Certificate of Authenticity, to the new owner last week.
We have located the records for a few other cars, several of which carry the Molly signature on the SPID label. I am researching several of these for owners as well.
At the East Coast Buick Regionals this past Saturday we found 3 cars that were once owned by me.
We discovered one Turbo-T at the show we once owned. Not only did we have a copy of the Pennsylvania title for it, we also had a copy of the Alabama title. We brought that car back from the GS Nationals years ago.
So, you never really know where your car has been in the past. It cost nothing to email me your last 6 digits of your VIN number to determine if the car did pass through my hands or not. You never know.
We did sell 2 or 3 Turbo Regals to customers in Hawaii, which are probably still in Hawaii.

A lot has happened since 1993 when I started to buy and sell these cars. I am sure some of my cars have changed hands multiple times. It will be interesting to see how many I can locate.
The key document will be the notarized Certificate of Authenticity letter listing the VIN number and year I owned the car. That is one document you, as the current owner, will want with your records. Even if you still own one of my cars I may have some info you don’t have and will include it with this notarized Certificate of Authenticity on my company letterhead. I know in the past I have seen several Turbo Regals advertised as being one of my cars, which probably helps sell the car. Now you can have physical proof. In most cases even copies of titles and photos. With the values of these cars continuing to increase each year, having any background documented history can only add to the value. Having copies of the previous titles for your Turbo Regal is pretty clear proof!

REPORT FROM THE EAST COAST BUICK REGIONALS -
For starters, the weather was picture perfect both Friday and Saturday. I was there for a few hours on Friday and saw quite a number of Buick racers. Saturday was the big car show day and racing. According to Jim, they had 87 Turbo Regals registered for the car show and about another 40 that were not on the show field. I did spot one Turbo Trans AM and 2 real GNXs.
What probably was the most impressive was there were 8 real GSX’s in a single line. I can’t recall seeing that many GSX’s in one place in several years.
This was the 20th annual event for this event. It was their biggest event to date, according to Jim.
I was able to determine 3 of the cars on the show field were on my VIN list of cars we had sold. The one surprise on the list was finding out that the Grand National that Jim Chaudrue restored and recently sold was actually one of our cars.

It will be a first for me… it will happen in a few weeks when I buy a second set of tires for the same vehicle. I don’t believe I ever kept a vehicle long enough to buy a second set of tires. I upgraded our 2005 almost immediately with a later model 17 inch Tahoe wheels to replace the stock 16 inch wheels. I bought Hankook DynoPro AS 265/70R17s tires to put on the wheels. I got 50,000-plus miles out of the tires. They are quiet running tires and have smooth side walls making them easy to keep them highly detailed. On our 1987 Turbo T, I run Firestone Wide Oval 245/50R16s. These also have a very quiet tread pattern and has a lip, which protects the rims from getting curb rash.

1984-1987 Buick Regal (All Models including Turbo Regal) -
Reproduction RADIO BRACKETS (2) AND ATTACHING SCREWS (4) SET
The brackets to secure the factory radio in the 1984-1987 Buick Regals is unique to these cars.
You need these brackets to secure it the factory radio to the dash opening. The brackets are the same for both sides. You also need to have the factory 4 clips in order to attach these two reproduction brackets to the radio (see photo 2.)
The reproduction brackets are made in aluminum, so they will not rust. Set includes 2 brackets and 4 screws.

The most important piece of paper you can have with your car is the original Window Sticker, which gives all the important "history" of your Buick. It is also something that most buyers want when they purchase an original car.
This Window Sticker would show the MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price,) all standard equipment, all optional equipment and their prices, destination and delivery charges, federal, state, and local taxes, and prep charges. It may also show the average fuel economy. This allows a consumer to walk into an automobile dealership and find an itemized, accurate price tag on every new vehicle.

1984-1987 Buick Regal (All Models including Turbo Regal) -
Reproduction RADIO BRACKETS (2) AND ATTACHING SCREWS (4) SET
The brackets to secure the factory radio in the 1984-1987 Buick Regals is unique to these cars.
You need these brackets to secure it the factory radio to the dash opening. The brackets are the same for both sides. You also need to have the factory 4 clips in order to attach these two reproduction brackets to the radio (see photo 2.)
The reproduction brackets are made in aluminum, so they will not rust. Set includes 2 brackets and 4 screws.
NOTE - You need to have the original 4 factory clips on the radio. If you do not have these clips, contact our office - 215-766-1611 x 0. We may have some used clips available, but they are not on the website.

NOTE ABOUT PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE -
We have heard from a couple people that have viewed the photos on the website. Because these have to be low-resolution photos to work on the Inner Circle segments on the website, any photos of text don't appear clear when enlarged. This is a problem when you are trying to see numbers, such as those on the VIN labels or pages from Options booklet. Also, because of photo reproduction and computer screen variations, the colors may not be true to the actual product or photo.
If you would like to have us email you any photo at the higher resolution for viewing, just email us and we will email them to you. Be sure to be specific on which pictures you want to see - Reference Inner Circle date and photo number 1, 2, 3 or 4 - [email protected]
